The guarantor
A parent company promised to cover the bill if the subsidiary can't. That promise is in a separate document nobody has opened since signing.
ClearContract™ /
A contract names more people than you think. ClearContract™ draws every one of them, how they're connected, and exactly which legal entity is behind each name.

Why it matters /
Nobody misses the counter-party. It's the third, fourth and fifth names in the deal that go unrecorded — and they are usually the ones carrying the risk.
A parent company promised to cover the bill if the subsidiary can't. That promise is in a separate document nobody has opened since signing.
Your data is sitting with a third company in another country. You agreed to it in a schedule. Your privacy notice doesn't mention them.
Someone neutral is holding funds or source code. Everybody forgets they exist until the day it matters enormously.
Why it's ours /
Most relationship diagrams are drawn once, in a slide deck, by someone who read the contract in 2023. They are wrong within a month and nobody notices.
ClearContract™ reads the actual document. It pulls out the named entities, works out what each one does in the deal, and labels the line between them with the obligation that connects them — who provides, who pays, who guarantees, who holds.
Then it keeps up. Sign a change that brings in a new sub-processor and the map grows a node. Nobody has to remember to update anything, because nobody drew it in the first place.
Hover any party and you get the full legal entity name and registered address — which is what you actually need when it’s time to send a notice, and what is never in the slide deck.

Get started /
Send us one messy contract — the one with all the amendments nobody can keep straight. We'll show you what it says today and where you're exposed.
